Package Plants are pre-engineered, compact, factory-assembled water and wastewater treatment systems that are ready to install and commission with minimal civil work. GNS package plants combine all treatment stages — pre-treatment, biological treatment, clarification and disinfection — into a single integrated unit, making them ideal for locations where space is limited or quick deployment is needed.

Types of Package Plants

STP Package Plant Complete sewage treatment in a single compact unit. Suitable for housing societies, hotels, resorts, hospitals and small municipalities.

FBBR-Based STP Fixed Bed Biofilm Reactor technology — biofilm grows on fixed media, treating wastewater at high efficiency without needing return sludge management.

MBR-Based STP Membrane Bioreactor combines biological treatment and membrane filtration in a single stage. Produces high-quality treated water suitable for toilet flushing, gardening and groundwater recharge.

SBR-Based STP Sequencing Batch Reactor — fill, react, settle, decant cycles in a single tank. Flexible, space-efficient and capable of achieving excellent nutrient removal.

Underground STP Entire plant installed below ground level. Usable surface area above the plant is preserved. Odour-free operation with forced ventilation. Ideal for residential and commercial complexes in space-constrained urban areas.
