Overview
Filter vessels are the backbone of any water treatment system. At Green Nature Solutions, we design, fabricate and erect filter vessels tailored to your specific water quality, environmental conditions and application requirements. Our vessels are engineered to withstand high operating pressures while maintaining structural integrity over long service life.
Materials of Construction
We manufacture filter vessels in a wide range of materials to suit every application:
- MS (Mild Steel) – Made from IS 2062 grade steel with internal corrosion protection using Epoxy paint, FRP lining or rubber lining. Ideal for general-purpose filtration applications.
- MSEC (Mild Steel Epoxy Coated) – Enhanced corrosion protection suitable for mildly aggressive water conditions.
- MSFRP (Mild Steel FRP Lined) – Fibre-reinforced plastic lining provides excellent chemical resistance for aggressive media.
- MSRL (Mild Steel Rubber Lined) – Rubber lining offers superior protection against abrasion and chemical attack.
- SS304 – Austenitic stainless steel suitable for potable water and food-grade applications.
- SS316 / SS316L – Premium grade stainless steel with enhanced resistance to chlorides and corrosive environments. Internal quartz polymer lining provides additional protection.
- FRP (Fibre Reinforced Plastic) – Made using high-performance composite material with filament winding technology. Corrosion-resistant with thermoplastic polyester liner. Lightweight yet strong.
- Composite – Advanced hybrid construction for demanding applications requiring maximum durability.
