Overview

Green Nature Solutions designs, fabricates and commissions complete Mineral Water and Packaged Drinking Water (PDW) plants that comply with BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) IS 14543 standards. Our plants produce safe, clean, great-tasting packaged drinking water suitable for commercial bottling and sale, or for in-house consumption in large establishments such as hospitals, hotels, campuses and industrial units.

How It Works

Raw water from a borewell, municipal supply or surface source is subjected to a multi-stage treatment and purification process — removing all physical, chemical and biological impurities and adding back essential minerals in controlled quantities to produce balanced, safe drinking water.

Process Flow

  1. Raw Water Collection – Borewell, municipal or surface water stored in a raw water tank
  2. Pre-chlorination – Sodium hypochlorite dosing to control biological contamination
  3. Sand / Multi-Media Filtration – Removes suspended solids and turbidity
  4. Activated Carbon Filtration – Removes chlorine, colour, odour and taste
  5. Water Softening (Optional) – Reduces hardness if required
  6. Antiscalant Dosing – Protects RO membranes from scaling
  7. Micron Cartridge Filtration – Final pre-filter (5 micron and 1 micron) before RO
  8. Reverse Osmosis – Removes dissolved salts, heavy metals, bacteria and viruses
  9. Ozonation – Ozone treatment for disinfection and extended shelf life
  10. UV Sterilisation – Final UV pass to eliminate any remaining pathogens
  11. Mineralisation (Optional) – Addition of controlled mineral blend for taste and health
  12. Bottling / Pouch Filling – Automated filling, sealing and labelling in bottles or pouches
